Mil spec? Yes! Issued? Yes! Perfect patina!? Yes!!!
The Gallet / Marathon joint venture “ Adanac “ were issued in 3 batches, 1986, 1988 and 1990. This is from the 2nd batch in 1988 and is in amazing condition. It has a really glossy feel to it.
We are a bit of a sucker for these amazing Mil Spec watches here at Patina Nationale, we have been fortunate to source and sell quite a few of them and this one is definitely the best condition version we have had so far.
The usual military watch rules apply here :
- Stainless steel case
- Matte Black Dial
- Fixed Spring bars
Add in the gorgeous patina on the hands and that this was issued to the US Airforce and you have a beautiful watch. A few on these on the market but they are rarely in this amazing condition, recently serviced and running beautifully.
