A True Hall of Fame iconic diver!

If you are looking at this watch I’m pretty sure you know what you are looking at, whether it be a mention from the pages of a Clive Cussler novel or the legendary association with the godfather of Scuba diving, Mr Jacques Cousteau. Either way this is a certified badass dive watch.

The Doxa Sub 300 is the stuff of legend, and after it first launched back in 1967 it fast became a household name for both professional and amateur civilian divers. It was very much at the forefront of what makes dive watches so great today, things that we now take for granted, the uni directional bezel, over sized hands and expanding bracelet. Add in the US Navy no – decompression dive timing marks engraved on the case, and don’t forget the beads of rice bracelet, maybe the most comfortable on the market. And you have a contender for best dive watch on the market, especially in this price bracket.

Whilst it may not have been as revered or loved as much as the Rolex Submariner or Blancpain Fifty Fathoms when it first launched, it soon became just as iconic as the best of them. The orange faced Doxa is as recognisable now as it’s ever been, with some of the Jacques Cousteau images actually wearing this watch being some of my all time favourites. (Worth checking out)

The watch we have here is a 2020 Full Set and is virtually brand new, in immaculate condition, and genuinely hardly worn as you can see by the images.
