More CWC love!

No surprises here at Patina Nationale that we are big fans of CWC, and whilst it is normally the vintage and issued stuff that we love the most, the modern stuff is also very cool.

Case in point. This lovely Sonar GS Watch follows in the G10 family style and is based on a stopwatch that Tom Cruise used in Mission Impossible: Fallout.

This stopwatch was originally made by CWC in the 1970’s and was used by production companies and potentially still in use by the BBC / ITV to time 60 second segments. It has become incredibly rare and collectible.

Supposedly this was a special order by the Mission Impossible Production Team and produced to their requirements for the film.

This watch is another of their General Service watches and has all the right touches you would expect from the legendary CWC military brand, including the red crown which mimics the stopwatch button. In great condition, with box, papers and guarantee from when the watch first launched in 2019, this is the original and not the re issue that has just launched (which is also nice)
