We love Aquastar! There’s no denying we are fans of this iconic brand with ties to icons such as Jacques Cousteau and Jacques Mayol.

We also like the slightly rarer and lesser seen models, like this amazing Glasstar reference. With its black 45mm fiberglass case (wears much smaller) and its striking vintage diver design, the case which is unbelievably light and floats! Yes it floats! Inside the amazing case design houses an automatic – winding movement with a date, gloss black tritium dial with correct handset. Also the fiberglass unidirectional timing bezel.

Not many of these come to market and when they do, they tend to have the incorrect handsets, this one is all original, and also comes with the original booklet from the 70’s.

A real vintage dive watch capsule. For every Submariner sold there was an Aquastar and this one will put a smile on your face.

Go find me a better one with its correct provenance.
