Personal Opinion
The Devil Diver! A lot to love about this fantastic and rare Waltham 70s vintage diver. The iconic and legendary Monnin case used by so many other brands and synonymous with a certain dive case quality and style. See CWC, Heuer, Zodiac and Chronosport to name but a few. This classic Waltham Aquasport is in incredibly good condition considering it’s over 40 years old. It’s in that sweet spot size wise of between 36 – 38mm which just makes every watch look better in my opinion. It has a bit of the vintage Rolex vibe about it too with the classic black diver dial, add in the Monnin case, day / date , Mercedes hands and you have a vintage dive classic. Sometimes watches don’t get the love they deserve, THIS is one of those watches. Whoever buys this will not be disappointed. Will be genuinely sad to see this one go.
