For sale a fantastic Le Coultre Memovox Wrist Alarm from 1953. 10k gold (filled) case, with a beautiful creamy tuxedo dial. All original with signed dial, case and movement. The crowns are unsigned, which is period correct on the earlier Le Coultre models from the US Market.
This gorgeous Memovox has 2 gold crowns, the top crown winds and sets the alarm while the bottom crown winds and sets the time. The patina’d “ Tuxedo “ dial features a black outer ring and creamy inner circle with the alarm arrow marker.
Powering this beautiful watch is a manual wind calibre K814 signed movement and sitting in the perfect dress watch sweet spot of approx 35mm.
This comes on a new coffee coloured leather strap from Veblenist but would look fantastic on so many different versions.
Not sure the pictures do this watch justice, an absolute stunning piece.
Whoever buys this one will not be disappointed.
Enjoy!
