We love a CWC at Patina Nationale, especially the SBS diver versions, which seem to garner a lot of interest from buyers and collectors alike. We pride ourselves in being able to source, find and sell some of the best and rarest pieces within this sector.

CWC have supplied the SBS (Special Boat Service) of the Royal Navy since 1987 and it is also currently issued to other specialist units. Built like a tank and incredibly reliable, this is a mil spec watch in every single way.

Occasionally a civilian version can become as collectable as an issued piece, and this is one such case. In 2007 and 2008 the dials have this lovely creamy pumpkin patina which collectors of all brands love, but especially military versions. Likely to be a slightly different material used on the dials of these batches of watches, and they look amazing!

Finding a good one in this condition is difficult , but luckily you don’t need to.
