Military Watch

Not your average quartz Military watch. This one is a little special. This watch belonged to one of the serving Corporal Chefs in the French Foreign Legion. The most romanticised and mysterious of elite fighting forces. The rank of Corporal Chef in the French Foreign Legion, is the same similar equivalent of that of a Senior Corporal in the English Army.

A senior position earned with a minimum of 6 years service in the Legion. The date / name of the Soldier and issue number is on the back of the watch which gives it such rare provenance. This stainless steel mil spec watch is fully original and comes with the period correct and highly unusual seat belt / paracord strap. I have kept this on purely to ensure originality but I will also supply a nato for a more modern option too. It has a black dial and blacked out case for a real stealth look but my favourite piece of all is the French Foreign Legion Logo on the dial. This denotes the region and battalion. This one is special. Good luck finding another one!
