Personal Opinion

The Legend! The OG!
Very happy to be able to offer for sale an all original RAF pilot’s watch commissioned by the RAF in the Second World War. This iconic reference…. The 6b / 159 has all the right characteristics of the perfect Mil Spec issued watch. The original Ivory signed Le Coultre dial has aged into a beautiful creamy patina set off against the amazing blue steel leaf hands. It has the highly regarded JLC 470 manual wind movement which is keeping perfect time. It is reported only 4000 of these were made and this watch has become incredibly rare and collectible, especially in this condition. This chromed brass alloy version is in very good used condition considering it’s 75 + years old. Easily the best condition I have seen one in. This all original version also comes with a circle in the dial centre which is synonymous with the first versions released. This comes with a period correct khaki nato to complete the look. It honestly doesn’t get much better than this example. A true piece of military history.
