A) All orders at Patina Nationale are final, unless the incorrect watch is sent. In which case a full refund will be issued within 48hrs of receiving the watch back into the business. It is the customers responsibility to return the watch back in the condition it was received in. This includes packaging the watch correctly and returning it tracked and recorded. Only then will the 6 month guarantee remain validated. If the watch is returned in damaged condition then it is the customers responsibility not that of Patina Nationale.
B) In purchasing an item with Patina Nationale you agree with all of the terms and conditions set out on this page. More information can also be found on the F.A.Qs and Privacy Policy pages.
C) Patina Nationale prides itself on describing every item correctly and will indicate the age and condition on every watch and accessory. Please be aware before purchase that most of the watches are Vintage and will need to be treated accordingly.
D) Customs Charges and Tax. All customs charges and Tax are the customers responsibility and not that of Patina Nationale. Please check your countries Customs Charges and Taxes beforehand in order to understand cost implications. Any delays in Customs are not the responsibility of Patina Nationale Ltd but that of the customs department. We will always look to give delivery updates where we have them and will always update the customer.
